Morning discipline
Sadhana is the daily morning discipline/spiritual practice of Kundalini Yoga which is practiced daily. It is a special discipline that was given by Yogi Bhajan (master in Kundalini Yoga) to help us prepare for the changes and challenges of daily life. We are happy to invite you to come and enjoy this beautiful practice. Sadhana is offered for free, however donations and memberships cover the rent we pay to Awakenings, so if you are called to practice with us, please considering making a donation.
Interested? Join us or enquire with your teacher.

What to bring and expect
Please arrive with ample time to settle in, as we begin promptly at 4:30am. However, if you are running late, do take a moment to tune in before entering the space gracefully. Come to the side door (off the deck). If you don't have your own mat or cushions, there are some to borrow. Please bring a head covering or be prepared to borrow one of our loaners. The amrit vela is an amazing time of day that most people sleep through. Practicing sadhana with others during this time is a fantastic way to greet the day!
