Awakenings Class Schedule:

Cost is $ 8.00 for drop ins $ 35.00 for 5 classes $ 75.00 for 12 classes (special discounts for Portland 3ho members, please call membership contact for more information)
Our Kundalini yoga classes are suitable for everyone, there is no need to be very flexible. The atmosphere is welcoming and instructions are clear. Duration of a yoga class is about one hour and thirty minutes and has a set structure: tuning in – warm ups - yoga set kriya – relaxation – meditation – closing.
The focus is on the experience itself.
Characteristic for Kundalini Yoga are the dynamic exercises,
the attention for the breath and the use of mantras. The exercises help you to become aware of your physical, mental and emotional condition and simultaneously improve your health and wellbeing. Once practicing you'll soon discover what Kundalini Yoga can do for you and your life.

Sadhana practice |
Morning discipline
Sadhana is the daily morning discipline/spiritual practice of Kundalini Yoga which is practiced daily. It is a special discipline that was given by Yogi Bhajan (master in Kundalini Yoga) to help us prepare for the changes and challenges of daily life. We are happy to invite you to come and enjoy this beautiful practice. Sadhana is being offered for free.
