Yoga classes are suitable for everyone,
Our yoga classes are suitable for everyone; no prior experience is necessary and you don’t need to be overly flexible. The atmosphere is welcoming and instructions are clear-cut. Duration of a yoga class is about one hour and fifteen minutes and has a set structure: tuning in – warm ups - yoga set kriya – relaxation – meditation – closin

Characteristic for Kundalini Yoga are the dynamic exercises, the attention for the breath and the use of mantras. The exercises help you to become aware of your physical, mental and emotional condition and simultaneously improve your health and wellbeing.
